Accessibility Statement for The Campos Firm

The Campos Firm is committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to everyone, including people with disabilities. Our goal is to provide an inclusive, user-friendly digital experience for all visitors seeking legal information and services across our Philadelphia, Lehigh Valley, New York, and Los Angeles offices.

Conformance Status

This website is partially conformant with WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Partially conformant means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet this standard. We are actively working toward full conformance.

How We Support Accessibility

  • WCAG-aligned design — Clear structure, headings, labels, and predictable navigation.
  • Keyboard accessibility — We aim for all interactive elements to be operable without a mouse.
  • Screen reader compatibility — Semantic HTML, meaningful link text, and ARIA support where appropriate.
  • Descriptive links — Generic link text (such as “Read more”) is paired with a more descriptive label for screen reader users, describing what each link actually leads to.
  • Accessible forms — Contact form fields are properly labeled for screen readers.
  • Bilingual accessibility — Our Spanish-language pages are correctly tagged so screen readers pronounce them in Spanish.
  • Accessibility toolbar — We provide an on-site text size and high-contrast toggle, built and maintained directly by our own team rather than a third-party widget, so it can be reliably kept in sync with the rest of the site.
  • Ongoing monitoring — Regular reviews using automated tools and manual testing.

Known Limitations

We are actively working to improve accessibility across the site. Some areas may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards, including:

  • Occasional embedded third-party content (news feeds, review widgets)
  • Legacy pages undergoing redesign
  • Older PDF documents
  • Some pages have color contrast that does not yet meet WCAG AA at the source; visitors can use the on-site high-contrast toggle (bottom-right of the page) as an interim solution while we work through contrast fixes directly in the site’s design.

These items are part of our ongoing remediation plan.
